Traditional fermentation at a controlled temperature (22-26 °C) with maceration on the skins for 15 days.
Ageing:
18 months in 30 hl oak barrels and further 12 months in bottle.

With a great texture and deep and intense hues, this wine is the typical Calabrian expression of the elegant taste-and-smell richness of our land so full of contrasts.
