The Greco nero is grown mainly in Calabria in the province of Catanzaro. This ancient and noble cultivar is ideal for obtaining excellent sparkling wine bases; in fact, after years of experimentation and research we have obtained a classic method rosé with an antique pink colour with some copper tints. The aromatic picture is pleasantly fruity and floral, which is typical of the cultivar, and the taste is harmonious with fine pearling that offers fascinating taste sensations to the palate.
