    Cryomaceration of the pressings at 8° C, fermentation in stainless steel with the skins at a controlled temperature (15° C).

  • Tasting:

    The natural withering on the vine until the first week of November gives us this nectar of bright gold colour with notes of dried apricots, citrus marmalade and honey, an explosion of aromas that evoke the fragrances and emotions of our beloved Calabria.
    The sweetness is well integrated with the acid components, that make it fresh and inviting.
